These terms apply to purchases of BAYKA Creator from YS BROTHERS LTD and to use of the BAYKA Creator studio.

The service

BAYKA Creator is an online, account-based creator studio. It provides interactive tools for creator identity (Identity Code), visual direction (Visual Code), content planning (Content Universe), campaign generation (Campaign Builder), saved ideas and a shareable Creator Card. Nothing is downloaded or shipped.

Free and paid access

With a free account you can complete the Identity Code assessment and see a preview of your results and Creator Card. The full studio is unlocked with a one-time purchase of BAYKA Creator.

Price and payment

BAYKA Creator costs €29.90 as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable; tax is calculated at checkout. There is no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Access

Access is unlocked on the BAYKA account used for the purchase once the payment provider has confirmed successful payment. Once unlocked, BAYKA Creator stays available on that account; you do not pay again.

Withdrawal

Before checkout you are asked to confirm that access begins immediately and to acknowledge the consequence for your withdrawal right. See the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

AI-generated results

Studio results are generated with AI from your inputs. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to results generated for others, and should be reviewed before you use or publish them. BAYKA does not promise any specific results, followers, reach, income or business outcomes.

Your inputs and content

You are responsible for what you enter in the studio and for how you use the results. Do not enter content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful.

Acceptable use

• Characters created in BAYKA must be fictional adults (18+). Sexual or explicit content is not supported.
• Do not use the studio for unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content.
• Your account is personal. Do not share, resell or transfer access to it.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Use of the studio

Use of the studio and its results is also governed by the Digital Product License.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BAYKA available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features over time.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.
