This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this site, create a BAYKA account, use the BAYKA Creator studio or purchase BAYKA Creator.

Data we process

Account data: your email address and sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information Google shares for sign-in, such as your email address.
Assessment and studio inputs: your Identity Code assessment answers and anything you enter in the studio, such as campaign briefs, ideas and character profiles.
Generated results and saved content: the Identity Code, Visual Code, Content Universe, campaigns, ideas and Creator Card generated for you, and content you save to your account. If you share your Creator Card, its card details are visible to anyone with the link.
Purchase data: when you buy BAYKA Creator, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your name, email, billing address and payment details. BAYKA does not receive or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of the payment and the information needed to unlock your account.
Checkout confirmations: a record that you confirmed the pre-purchase statements about immediate access and the withdrawal right, with a timestamp, the wording version, your browser type and the related checkout reference.
Messages: anything you send us by email.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing your account, the studio and your purchase — performance of a contract.
Generating results from your inputs with AI — performance of a contract.
Keeping records of purchases, tax and checkout confirmations — legal obligation and our legitimate interest in being able to demonstrate them.
Answering your messages — legitimate interest or performance of a contract.

Service providers

Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation.
Lovable / Lovable Cloud — hosting of the website, user accounts and the database where your studio data is stored.
AI processing — your inputs and earlier studio results are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an AI model provided by OpenAI to generate your results.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the safeguards used for such transfers.

Retention

Account, studio and generated data are kept while your account is active. Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and studio data at any time by emailing info.brothers.capital@gmail.com.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact info.brothers.capital@gmail.com.
