Refund & Withdrawal Policy

BAYKA Creator is an online digital service and digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. It is accessed through your BAYKA account; nothing is downloaded or shipped.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online. For digital content and services that begin immediately, this right can be lost once access begins, if the consumer has expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged this consequence.

Confirmations before checkout

Before the checkout opens, you are asked to tick two separate boxes. Neither is pre-ticked, and checkout cannot start until both are ticked:

• I request and expressly agree that access to BAYKA Creator begins immediately after payment, before the end of the withdrawal period.
• I acknowledge that, where applicable law provides for it, I lose my right of withdrawal once access to BAYKA Creator has begun.

We keep a record of these confirmations with the time and the related checkout. Access to BAYKA Creator begins as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Problems with your purchase

If your studio was not unlocked after payment, does not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact info.brothers.capital@gmail.com. We will restore access or refund where appropriate.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
