Digital Product License
When you purchase BAYKA Creator, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the BAYKA Creator studio through your own BAYKA account, subject to the Terms & Conditions.
Your content
The answers, briefs and other material you enter remain yours. You allow BAYKA to process them only to provide the studio to you.
Generated results
You may use the results generated for you in the studio — such as your Identity Code, Visual Code, content ideas, campaigns, prompts and Creator Card — to create, publish and monetise your own content and brand. Results are generated with AI and may be similar to results generated for others, so no exclusivity is granted.
You may not
- Share, resell, sublicense or transfer access to your BAYKA account or the studio.
- Copy, scrape or recreate the BAYKA studio, its structure, tools or materials as a competing product, template pack or course.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or extract the studio's underlying materials.
Third-party tools
If you use prompts or results from BAYKA with other AI tools or platforms, that use is also subject to those tools' and platforms' own terms.
